Use our Contact page and select “Report an error.” Include the article URL, the statement in question and a link to the official source that supports the correction.
How reports are reviewed
We compare the report with the responsible government, embassy, immigration authority, institution or programme. Complex questions may require additional checking.
What happens after verification
Confirmed errors are corrected as soon as practical. Material updates may change the verification date or include an editorial note. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a separate notice.
No guaranteed response time
We aim to review useful reports promptly, but submission does not guarantee a response, publication or a particular outcome.
